Mattress Warranty: Every new Cantwell mattress comes with a manufacturer’s warranty (length varies by model, typically 10–15 years). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, such as broken or sagging coils, foam breakdown, or faulty stitching
What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, stains, damage from misuse, or changes in personal comfort preference. A proper foundation or adjustable base must be used for warranty coverage.
How to Claim: Bring proof of purchase and photos of the issue to your nearest Cantwell showroom. Our team will inspect the mattress and determine the best solution: repair, replacement, or service adjustment.
