We want you to love your mattress. If within the first year you’re not completely satisfied with your comfort level, we’ll adjust your mattress. This may include: Adding or removing layers of cotton, latex, or foam. Adjusting firmness or support levels. Replacing internal components while keeping your same mattress build. This guarantee ensures your Cantwell mattress continues to meet your needs long after the first night of sleep.
Mattress Warranty:
Every new Cantwell mattress comes with a manufacturer’s warranty (length varies by model, typically 10–15 years). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, such as broken or sagging coils, foam breakdown, or faulty stitching
.What’s Not Covered:
Normal wear and tear, stains, damage from misuse, or changes in personal comfort preference. A proper foundation or adjustable base must be used for warranty coverage.
How to Claim:
Bring proof of purchase and photos of the issue to your nearest Cantwell showroom. Our team will inspect the mattress and determine the best solution — repair, replacement, or service adjustment.
Custom Mattresses (including RV, boat, or antique sizes):
Non-refundable once production has started.
Standard Mattresses:
Because each mattress is built to order, returns are generally not accepted. Instead, we offer comfort adjustments through our 365-Day Comfort Guarantee.
Pillows, Sheets, and Accessories:
For hygienic reasons, these items are non-returnable once opened. Unopened and unused accessories may be returned within 14 days with receipt.
Local Delivery:
Available within San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and surrounding areas.
Delivery includes setup of your new mattress and removal of your old one upon request.
Scheduling:
Our team will contact you to confirm your delivery date and time window.
Fees:
Delivery fees vary by distance. Old mattress removal may carry a small disposal fee.

Financing options through approved partners (ask in-store for details).
In-house layaway options may be available on select purchases.
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (name, phone number, email, address) will be used solely to process your order, schedule delivery, or contact you with updates. We will never sell or share your information with third parties.
Because we build each mattress by hand, we also service them by hand. If your mattress ever needs repair outside of warranty, we can re-cotton, adjust firmness, or rebuild components at a fair cost.
